The WGits for Mailchimp integration is a two-way sync with data flowing to and from Mailchimp from Commerce7. What kind of data is transmitted this way?
The following data syncs from Commerce7 to Mailchimp:

The following data can sync back to Ccommerce7 from Mailchimp:
First Name
Last Name
Address
Phone

Commerce7 Groups
Dynamic Groups in Commerce7 are not supported and not recommended to be used at this time in conjunction with WGits for Mailchimp. We recommend using Manual Groups. If you do use Dynamic Groups, some data may flow over to Commerce7 but we do not claim that the data will be reliable at this time.
