WineGlass Integration Technology Services or WGits (pronounced widgets) is our suite of software that allows wineries to work with their chosen eCommerce or POS software and other industry tools.

Typical eCommerce and POS software will successfully deliver 90% of what a winery wants...but what about custom requests? Until now, wineries were forced to submit feature requests and hope that the functionality they wanted was added in a software update.

But, not any more. With WGits, wineries can get now the most out of their current eCommerce and POS engines and even customize it to their exact needs.

How It Works

It's as easy as 1, 2, 3...

Step 1

After signup, we will schedule the installation and set up. There is a charge for this integration where we set up the tool to work with your specific system and provide your team with training. We will link up all your other accounts and make sure it is configured for your needs.

Step 2

After that you’re ready to go and the tool should do it’s thing while there is a modest monthly subscription. This recurring fee covers updates, service and support calls for your WGits. We offer phone, email and chat support and will do our best to respond to you within hours – no support tickets or 800#s.

Step 3

The exciting thing is we can build or customize these for your specific needs. After it is set up, you’ll find that there is a specific need your winery has, just reach out to us and we’ll give you a quote and timing to custom build a solution for you.
