Version 1.13

All eCommerce Platforms:
  • Resolved a bug for Single Order Batching where Gift Card Redemptions would appear positive rather than negative on Sales Receipts
  • Fixed a rounding issue where penny shipping amounts of $0.01 were not being pulled into QuickBooks with Single Order Batching

Commerce7 and WineDirect:

  • Fixed a rounding issue for tracking case sales of wines on Summary Batching, where hundreds of orders are placed in a day such as with a club run would show quantities with more than 5 decimal points
WineDirect Only:
  • Fixed an issue where orders using WineDirect’s EMV devices would display a payment method of Terminal instead of showing the unique Credit Card types
  • Fixed an issue where penny shipping orders were not being recognized on
VineSpring Only:
  • Updated WGits Code to identify new values that VineSpring has added such as “Imported” and “Void”
  • Fixed an issue where Tock orders with values of TCK-123456789 would be too long for QuickBooks so WGits now removes the TCK- to accommodate QuickBooks order number character limits
Commerce7 Only:
  • We fixed an issue for users who have WGits set to pull individual names of customers to QuickBooks and where entirely anonymous POS orders would return a “GetByName” error
  • Added a field where you can set a custom generic name for when anonymous POS orders are placed

  • If you use Single Order Batching, you now have the option to map shipping orders to Sales Orders rather than Sales Receipts. With this new optional feature, Pickup Orders will still go to Sales Receipts and Refunds will still go to Credit Memos. This can be turned on in the Data Map Settings menu if you wish. Learn More

Commerce7 and WineDirect:

  • Added a Ship Method Mapper which allows you to indicate the Shipping Method used on an order. This maps to the Ship Via field in QuickBooks. You will need to add your Ship Methods to QuickBooks with this update. Learn More
  • Added mapping for a Ship Date field that populates the Ship Date of a sale in QuickBooks or respects the Requested Ship Date of a Shipping Order. Learn More about how this system chooses the Shipping Date.
Commerce7 Only:
  • Added a Sales Rep Mapper which lets you use Commerce7 Order Tags to populate the Sales Rep field in QuickBooks. Learn More

  • Introducing WGits Pro for Quickbooks. Do you have multiple brands or wineries with multiple QuickBooks company files? WGits Pro for Quickbooks will support up to 5 different company files on one desktop or server install across any of the platforms that WGits currently supports (WineDirect and Commerce7) or will support in the future.
  • The “Batch History” tab is now faster. We achieved this by loading the last 40 batches initially, with a button below them to load additional batches of 40 as needed.
  • Fixed a bug with bundle discount refunds that caused “QB item” type error.
  • Improved the date picker on the “Run Batch by Date” dialog box.
  • Added logic to WineDirect data source to only process “Completed” orders.
