Any projects that go over the hours for the selected package will be billed separately at $160/hour.
Charges reoccur on the day of sign up monthly. Hours are tracked per calendar month. You can switch between your packages depending on your needs from the My Account page.
Support Packages are based on a 6-month minimum agreement.
